BACKGROUND
KZN SMME's & COMDEV Forum was passionately established by Siyabonga Ntsele, Richard Hughes & Clint Kinloch on the 20th August 2011, based on principles of:
- Passion for Community and SMME’s development.
- Integrity and trustworthiness of all members.
- Empathy for making difference in lives of ordinary people.
- Initiatives to stimulate and improve economy in KZN Province.
Two months later, a vision was turned into reality when other enthusiastic local business leaders were invited to support and add value into this initiative, after strict screening processes.
As a membership-based organisation, we boast of professionals & experts from different fields such as projects, engineering, construction, human resource, fabrication, logistics, manufacturing & more. Surely, we make things happen.
We bring business to communities and also communities into business, through community based projects, entrepreneurship, skills development, networking, facilitating, mentoring and coaching.
We open windows of opportunities by facilitating funding for Community based businesses and corporate's initiatives, in KwaZulu-Natal Province, South Africa.
Solutions to corporate social responsibility, governmental basic service delivery and entrepreneurial empowerment adventures are our true interests at heart
